Chuck Norris Hard Hitting Reporter? - Footage Included

Fun with Chuck
Last night after a hard days work, I kicked back and watched Jon Stewart on The Daily Show. Along with the usual shenanigans, I caught a glimpse of something quite disturbing.
Known the world over for his hard hitting editorials, knowledge of world events and gritty, no holes barred journalistic style the 6 times world karate champ is an obvious choice, isn’t he?
Missing in Action, the hairy chested Korean veteran is always ripe for parody but it seems that on Fox they take him seriously, more than that, they value his opinion.
Maybe the combination of Mr got-his-ass-kicked-by-Bruce-lee being a Republican, a Bush campaigner and a member of the NRA is what qualifies him for the role.
Perhaps it’s his conservative column on www.worldnetdaily.com/ where amongst other things he says that evolution does not exist and true patriots should not support separation of Church and state, now that sounds like Fox news to me.
Serving the networks credibility, (I use the word loosely) a swift roundhouse to the face its ironic that even executives have so little self respect left they accept we only tune in for laughs and not information.
Pounding a series of body blows to the egos of the trained journalists, (again tongue in cheek) at Fox, John Doe wonders what they think of being replaced by a man who speaks with his fists and starred in Sidekicks and Top Dog.
Bringing new meaning to the word “Celebrity news” what’s next, Pauly Shore covering the presidential race, Paris Hilton tackling the world hunger and a special week long series featuring Britney Spears discussing the energy crisis?
Still for all that this says about the state of objective journalism, I cant help but laugh at the ludicrous nature of it, sometimes life is funnier than fantasy.
Click below to see Chuck Norris, news man…no this was not a skit on Saturday Night Live, it really happened.
Chuck is so much fun I thought I would also share a couple of less psychologically horrifying clips that had me laughing os hard it felt like I’d just received a patented jab to the guts.

A classic Conan O Brien moment, meet the Walker Texas Ranger lever….
Chuck Norris in Karate Commandos Cartoon, even hand drawn that moustache should be registered as a Lethal Weapon.

I bet Fox picked him up because of his recent popularity on the Internet...

The top 10 Chuck facts had me rolling and I still remember losing it at Conan O Brien the first time he used the Chuck lever.
Happy to amuse with a somewhat lazy post...

I love those Walker clips, the Aids one with Haley Joel Osment is so awful that it comes right back around to being hilarious.

I know that Fox aren't even pretending to do real news anymore....but do they have to be so obvious about it? I love Chuck's questions to that kid. Hmmm....could you tell Chuck's views on whether Iraq is better without Saddam? hehe.
Those Conan O'Brien clips were hilarious.
I haven't laughed that hard in a while!

I dont think I could have handled seeing Chuck report on Iraq first hand...it was surreal enough seeing the snippet on Jon Stewart.
Totally with you on the Haley Joel Osmond "You have Aids" moment...the height of bad taste but Chucks deadpan delivery turns it into high comedy.
Also gotta love the nonchalant style with which he backhands that woman in the face....

LOL, at the view on a post saddam Iraq, Chuck seems to refuse to accept the situation is worse since the US invaded......love his "When I visited Iraq recently" bit....you cant help but imagine him getting up to some Missing In Action style hijinks over there.
Glad to entertain....
Fun Chuck Fact 1 billion:
Chuck wanted to be a suicide bomber but his unbreakable torso makes him Impervious to bullets, nitro glycerine and plastic explosives
